Our Mission
The mission of the WDC is to increase local degree/credential attainment and workforce outcomes in and across Jackson County.

30% of residents receiving an Associate's degree
❋ Our Goal
Increase the number of working-age adults with a skill certificate or college degree to 40% of Jackson County's population by 2030
The Workforce Development Collaborative brings together partners across education, workforce development, economic development, and employment to strengthen Jackson County’s workforce ecosystem. The Collaborative works to increase postsecondary attainment, strengthen employer engagement, expand opportunities for adult learners, and advance regional workforce strategies through collaborative planning.
